Soon we will be heading up to Alaska and the anticipation is indeed building! I do very much look forward to the sights and expereinces which will mark our journey; I also am thankful for the friends going with us and the friends we will soon see. Annual Conference is also right around the corner and Our choir is hoping to be a part of the ordination worship. We say farewell to the Stewarts and August will ask us to reach high on behalf of our wider missions. Let us pray for one another and seek the fulness of Spirit which accomplishes so much!
Our summer read will be Brian McLaren's The Secret Message Of Jesus.. I have about 7 copies for $4.00 or you can get them on Amazon if you wish... we will read July to the middle of August and then meet for a Coffee Clutch in the Cafe.. looking forward to a new take on the Good News!!
